Keith's Speaking Business ...

Keith is a member of the National Speakers Association. He is the 2001 - 2002 Nevin Award winner and is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), which makes him only 1 of 35 speakers in Australia and in the top 7% of all professional speakers in the world with this title.

Keith started his Professional Speaking Business in 1994 and founded his company People Pursuing A Passion. Today Keith is one of Australia's most in demand keynote speakers specialising in business growth strategies, customer loyalty gaining ideas, peak personal development and service selling workshops. His philosophy is based on growing a company's profits by maximising the customer base and by optimising the performance of its people!

Keith's Presentation Style ...

Whether he is conducting a workshop for a group or speaking in front of hundreds of people at a conference, Keith has an amazing ability to endear himself to an audience, and awaken in people a spark, exciting them about realising their untapped potential.

There's no hype, just common sense, easy to relate to strategies that people from any rung on the corporate ladder can benefit from.

Keith is an entertaining, humorous inspirational business speaker who uses multi media presentation methods, experiential activities, accelerated learning and practical skills to deliver powerful, thought provoking messages and empowering principles.

Keith's Material...

Keith Abraham's leading edge and innovative approach has seen him become Australia's foremost expert on customer loyalty and the enhancement of personal performance.

From business success to personal fulfillment, Keith has a customised presentation for every occasion, but his signature keynotes and workshop topics include:

Customer loyalty - How to create loyal profitable customers
Pursuing your passion - how to love what you do and do what you love
Sales performance - How to maximise and optimise your selling opportunities
Conquering change - How to change, challenge and conquer your marketplace

In his presentations, Keith shares easy-to-implement, proven business strategies that have a profound effect on his audience and encourage them to awaken their 'inner spark'. But Keith's not all 'strut' and no 'substance'. His presentations are studded with relevant facts, gems of wisdom and amusing anecdotes to ensure that every member of the audience will take at least one important concept home with them from the conference or workshop.

Keith is a Practitioner Not a Theorist...

From humble beginnings, he climbed the rung to head a team of 65 with a $15 million dollar budget at the tender age of 27. In 1999, Keith was awarded the prestigious title of Certified Speaking Professional by the National Speakers' Association-acknowledging him as one of Australia's top 30 professional speakers - and today he shares his thought - provoking ideas with over 175 corporate clients in 3 continents, many of them the 'Who's who' in business.

Most importantly, Keith's strategies are proven. He received phenomenal results by applying what he teaches to his own business, People Pursuing A Passion - which makes him a practitioner, not just a theorist. Keith's dedication to getting RESULTS, prompted him to design an online coaching service to ensure that strategies are implemented and reinforced, rather than simply forgotten once the presentation is finished.

Keith's Results ...

Keith shows businesses and their people how to maximise their marketing efforts, optimise their existing customer base and capitalise on their current market opportunities. Most importantly, Keith's strategies are proven and have achieved some phenomenal results, as the following five examples will testify:

  1. Working with a retail organisation, Keith turned the worst sales area of 65 staff, with 110% staff turnover into the best area to achieve their annual budget of $15,000,000.
  2. He shared one business growth concept with a client that helped them grow from $5 million to $9 million in 12 months, then grow to $16 million in the following year without employing one more person.
  3. He showed one Financial Planner how to add an additional $500,000 to their bottom line over a 12 month period.
  4. In one particular Customer Service Call Centre, Keith developed a 6 part sales model that has ensured they are 200% ahead of their annual sales budget and 98% of their 220 staff members are exceeding their targets every single month.
  5. In just 8 years Keith has built a professional speaking business regarded in the top 4% for revenue and client retention in the world. This recognition has seen him bestowed the prestigious "Nevin Award" in 2001 by the National Speakers Association Australia.
